Last week, our church had a mid-week baptism service at the lagoon.
The kids had a great time bouncing on the water inflatables before we had songs and then baptisms.
A huge s’mores buffet took place after the service… mmmmm!
Firepit for ‘mallow roasting (and keeping warm). (Zac and Rachel in the foreground.)
So great to see so many people baptized… yahoo!
Desperate to keep cool. We buy 6 gallons per visit. I have no idea where the ham came from.
Hot summer nights: we recently rode bikes to the park for some barefoot soccer and ultimate Frisbee.
Our second and final vbs of the summer… this vbs was so great for our family! Josh and Zac got to be in the same group, and we have made many new friends.
Josh, Zac and their friend Brody came up with their own version of Angry Birds: the swing set edition. Clever!
A 2 year old who loves lettuce. Crazy! We love it! And I am loving her freckles!
This is how the poor devoted Mr. Garland gets to watch Olympic track and field events. Nice and relaxing. (So thankful our internet problems have been resolved.)
Our friendly Costco staff are at it again… an employee gave Sarah her name badge. Multi-talented indeed.
We’ve been living in our swimsuits recently, because of the 90 degree “heat wave.”
