My mom and I took a weekend trip to Colorado to surprise my family there.  (Rachel came along too.)

The next several posts are photos of our time there.

Our first stop was my In-Laws... surprise!  Fred and Louise got to meet their granddaughter Rachel for the first time.  Oh it was so wonderful.

Each week, Josh's kindergarten class gets to bring in items that start with the letters of the week. This particular week, they were studying I (ice cream) and J (jumprope). Today Josh took in a M(uffin) and N(ickel). Good times.

p.s.  My 20th high school reunion is coming up in November.  I'm usually encouraged when I go to my reunions... it's neat to see how people have grown and (hopefully) matured over the years.  I'm excited to see everyone again, but it's always an eye-opener.
