Sarah, Josh and Zac ran their first 5k (3.1mi) over the weekend. The Encinitas 5k, at Moonlight Beach.
The devoted Mr. Garland and I got to run as their unofficial escorts, and Rachel was pushed by Jeff in our jogger stroller.
Several good friends from running club also participated.

We’ve been to Disneyland a couple more times to wrap up our springtime visits.
We won’t go during the summer because a) it’s too hot b) our passes are blocked out c) it’s too crowded and d) it’s too hot and crowded!

We got to spend one day at Disneyland with our neighbors… totally fun!

I feel like I’m finally starting to ‘get’ Disneyland… all the tips and tricks, parking, trams, fast passes, and not buying overpriced food offered in the park, if we can help it.
We’re having a ton of fun at the Magical Kingdom this year.
