We ventured to the near by ice rink for some skating this week. After spending the day at the beach this weekend, it made perfect sense, right? Wow, we had no idea what was in store for us (well for Jeff really). Someone had to sacrifice and sit (and do the baby wrestle) with Rachel while Sarah, Josh and Zac skated. The devoted Mr. Garland stepped up to the plate... and did an amazing job. Can I give a shout out to whoever created the "EZ-Skater" pvc pipe crutch system... oh my that was a life. saver. Jeff could only be in so many places at the same time. Those "pipes" as we called them were great.
I told them they each had to fall down on the ice at least 3 times.
They did, but it wasn't as fun as it sounded at first.

After skating: Zac is full on yawning (no it's not a smile). These 3 were tuckered out. Notice the Zamboni in the background, above Sarah's head.
Jeff has taken ibuprofen several times today already. He's the man.
