Road Trip! My brother James completed Ironman Lake Tahoe – it was so much fun for all of us to cheer him on.

I spent a lot of time this Fall using a cane and layin’ around due to a bulged disc in my lower back. So thankful for family and friends who jumped in to help us survive the long 3 months. I’m grateful for healing – lifting with my legs now for sure. EVERY DAY is a gift from God!
