Teach Your Child to Read

S and I started this book about 1 year ago and just finished it.  We (clearly) didn't complete the lessons in 100 consecutive days.  Great book.  Fun cute simple stories really draw in the young reader.  I always hid the picture until after S had finished reading the story, it was her reward.  Highly recommended from this homeschooling mom, but I'll also say that it doesn't work for some kids, too.  

I bought our copy from a garage sale last summer for $1.  But it's worth well over $1.  I'd loan you our book but we've already started using it again with J.
