Breakfast Burritos

The devoted Mr. Garland loves his breakfast burritos.  And they're sooooo easy to make, and since I'm not up at 6am to cook him a hot breakfast, these freezer bundles (of love) fit the bill.  Every few months I lay out a spread of hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausage and my secret ingredient is a sour cream and salsa sauce (1/2 and 1/2) that Jeff loves.  Pop them in the freezer, then heat in the microwave when he's ready to eat.  It's good to wrap the burrito in a wet paper towel so the tortilla doesn't turn into cardboard.
