At our home, we have a 'no-sleepover' rule, unless it's family, an emergency, or someone's having a baby. Well the rule was broken last weekend as our dear friends went into labor with Baby #4, so we got to have their 3 older kids over for a sleep over. Such fun! To top it off, it was the same night as our church's children's ministry Christmas party, and Jeff insisted that I go, so that left the (very) devoted Mr. Garland with seven. seven. seven kids for the evening. While I ate shrimp cocktail and cherry cheesecake. Sheesh did I feel guilty, but Jeff did so great. I owe him big time.

And this sweet baby boy was born! Big sister is going to be so helpful with her newborn brother.
