Sweet Seven

From here on out, February is a busy girl birthday month in the Garland Family, with S and R being exactly 7 years minus 7 days apart in age. Their birthdays are exactly 1 week apart.

(The devoted Mr. Garland has calculated that we will have 4 teenagers for exactly one week in our lives as parents. 4 teens at once... glad it will only last one week. As if having 3 teens will be so much easier.)

Our sweet S turned a sensational seven years old this month, and seeing as I had just given birth and was completely exhausted, my mom, dad and sister generously offered to throw a bowling birthday party for her. We celebrated both S&J's birthdays together, even though it was a little early for J (his birthday is in March). It's always fun to get together with cousins.

Have you seen these handy roller ramps? They help younger kids to direct and send their ball down the lane. So clever!
